In February 2007 free float of JSC Polymetal shares started on LSE and Russian stock exchanges (MICEX and RTS).
JSC Polymetal charter capital consists of 399,375 mln ordinary shares. During global offering the principal shareholder floated 38,0 mln of existing ordinary shares of JSC Polymetal in the form of ordinary shares and GDR; the Company floated 40,0 mln of new ordinary shares in the form of GDR. One GDR represents one ordinary share.
Offered price for one share/GDR was 7,75 USD. Market capitalization of JSC Polymetal at placing price reached 2,44 bln. USD.
JSC Polymetal total placement came to some 24,8 % of the charter capital in the form of shares and GDR.
