CJSC Polymetal Engineering is an in-house research and design center wholly owned by JSC Polymetal. It includes more than 100 highly qualified specialists. CJSC Polymetal Engineering performs full range of activities related to development of subsoil use facilities: from exploration to putting into operation of a mine and a plant. Availability of own engineering center allows the company promptly and efficiently implementing investment projects connected with full development of deposits.

Principal directions of CJSC Polymetal Engineering activities: design and research in the field of mineral resources mining and processing.

JSC Polymetal established the research and design center in 1996 and in 2004 CJSC Polymetal Engineering was incorporated.

Highly qualified specialists of the company have a long experience in fundamental and detailed design and construction of mining facilities. CJSC Polymetal Engineering implements its own innovative process solutions, uses up-to-date information and geological software. CJSC Polymetal Engineering has implemented 8 investment and construction projects for JSC Polymetal.

Besides, now CJSC Polymetal Engineering carries out works for outside organizations. It has completed orders for chromite ore deposit in Karelia, copper-sulphide deposit in Kazakhstan, Tikhvin ferroalloy plant in the Leningrad Region, Mikhailovsky mining and processing complex in Kursk Region, Lomonosov diamond mine in the Arkhangelsk Region, etc.

Successful projects ferrous, non-ferrous metals, diamonds and precious metals indicate that today CJSC Polymetal Engineering is a universal engineering company in the mining industry.

Quality Management System of CJSC Polymetal Engineering is certified to be in compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 International Standard. The certificate was received in August, 2009. The area of the company’s certification – design works and scientific and technological research in the field of mining and metallurgical production.
