JSC "Polymetal" (LSE, MICEX, RTS: PMTL) ("Polymetal" or the "Company") announces it was notified that 210,476,043 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 66.82% of the issued share capital of the Company, were transferred from "NAFTA MOSKVA (CYPRUS) LIMITED", Cyprus, to its affiliated party, "ANIKETA INVESTMENTS LIMETED", Cyprus.
