Polymetal is pleased to announce the transaction related to the disposal of its subsidiary.
Today Polymetal was notified by the registrator that the transaction was completed on June 22nd, 2007 in Saint-Petersburg.
Polymetal sold its 85% shareholding stake in Ore Mining Company Dukat to streamline the Company's corporate structure and make it consistent with the current development strategy.
Ore mining Company Dukat was not a producing entity holding any exploration or mining licenses or other valuable assets.
