Polymetal enters into a US$100 million revolving credit facility agreement with NOMOS-BANK

Saint-Petersburg, Russia, August 23, 2010 - JSC "Polymetal" (LSE, MICEX, RTS: PMTL) ("Polymetal" or the "Company") announces that it has entered into a revolving credit facility agreement with the total limit of US$100 million (the "Agreement") with NOMOS-BANK.
According to the Agreement, the Company will be able to draw down funds in US dollars, Euro, and Russian roubles to finance operations of its subsidiaries. The amount, interest rate and duration of each tranche will be determined at the moment of its draw-down. The maturity of each tranche should be not later than November 30, 2012.
