"Nothern Urals Gold" and "Slavneft" bonds will be included in the list of securities and three issuers will be simultaneously excluded.
Since June 18 2002 the following amendments will be made to the list of securities put in the circulation at the stock exchange: two bonds - documentary interest-bearing bearer bonds of 02 series of opened joint-stock company "Slavneft" (state registration number N4-02-00221-А) with face value of 1 thousand rbl. (code - SLAV02) will be included together with documentary interest-bearing bearer bonds of 01 series of joint-stock company "Northern Urals Gold" (state registration number N4-01-00620-К) with face value of 1 thousand rbl. (code - ZLSU01).
Two shares and one bond will be simultaneously excluded: registered equities of opened joint-stock company " Chemical plant named after L.J.Karpov" (code - HIKA) (paragraph of rules 8.2.9. - " due to the absence of purchase and sales quotations within 30 days "); registered preference shares of opened joint-stock company "Uralcaliy" (code - URKAP); documentary percentage bearer bonds of A1 series of opened joint-stock company "Siberia-Ural oil and gas chemical company " ("Sibur") (code - SIBR01) (paragraph of rules 8.2.7. - "due to expiry of circulation term "). Thus, since June 18 total number of securities put in circulation at the stock exchange will make 412, including 46 bonds.
